DIGITIAL SYSTEMS AND ANALYTICS ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Systems and Analytics Associate is a member of truth's Marketing Department, a 20-member team which directs all marketing initiatives for the organization truth campaign. The Digital Systems and Analytics Associate will manage web applications that support truth's omni-channel digital marketing strategy, which includes email, mobile, website, analytics, A/B testing, among others. This team member will also support the Digital Marketing Analyst with day-to-day and campaign-specific reporting using Adobe Analytics (Omniture).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Will manage thetruth.com, including content, modules, plugins and features and will oversee maintenance and new development projects.
  • Will manage email and mobile marketing systems (e.g., Salsa Labs, Mobile Commons, others): scheduling, delivery, reporting, list management, list uploads, etc.
  • Will oversee A/B tests utilizing tools Adobe Target and/or Optimizely.
  • Will be responsible for truth campaign SEO and SEM initiatives.
  • Will conduct weekly, monthly and ad-hoc website and media reporting and analysis for truth campaign utilizing Adobe Analytics.
  • Will support truth marketing automation initiatives
  • Will support the Social Media Team and the Digital Marketing Analyst with ad hoc social media reporting.

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as Drupal.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target and/or Optimizely.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation suites such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot
  • Experience in digital marketing, including paid media, web, search, email, etc.
  • Individual must be a high-energy professional and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to manage projects through their entire life cycle in collaboration with internal and external team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3 years digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and outside partners/vendors is a requirement.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus.

 

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
